About our loyalty program
The Loyalty Program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on different topics that our clinic is offering. You can redeem those points for rewards (“Rewards”).
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points on different topics that our clinic is offering. You can use these points to earn discounts for certain services and purchases; the more you collect the more you save.

All our clients can join our loyalty program as Members. But you can soon become VIPP Members (Very Important Pet Parent) or EIPP (Extra Important Pet Parent).

How do I achieve VIPP or EIPP status?
To achieve Very Important Pet Parent status or Extra Important Pet Parent status, you should exceed specific limits in spending in a calendar year at Staris Veterinary Clinic.
For every euro you spend on grooming servcies or pet food (medicated pet food is excluded), you receive 1 point as a Member, 1.25 points with VIPP status, or 1.50 points with EIPP status.

If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward any time you visit our Clinic.
Every time you reach 100 points you can have a 10€ discount at any of our services or products at your next visit to our Clinic.
You will also experience other surprises, like birthday presents and expect more rewards to come!

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points that you can use to earn discounts; the more you collect the more you save.
Any client of our Clinic can join our Loyalty Program.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, like purchases of certain services and products, referrals and social media share. All the ways you can earn points are enlisted in the Earn Points table above.

If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. The rewards are shown in the rewards table above.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We’ll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we’ll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
